Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
Custom software development, website design, content writing, and contract drafting projects are governed by individual project agreements. These define scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. Work begins only after both parties sign the project agreement.
All content on this website is the property of Hexfinity Private Limited unless otherwise stated. For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the project agreement. Generally, all IP created for a client transfers to the client upon full payment.
